Frightful Halloween weather could be on hand in several states as trick-or-treaters head out to collect candy.

Heavy rain and flooding in central Texas have led to evacuations, parts of Kansas were pelted with hail, and if that's not scary enough, little goblins near Copper Mountain, Colo. will be pulling on their boots tonight to wade through several inches of snow.

Forecasters say it won't be much better for the Ohio Valley and parts of the deep South, where thunderstorms and tornadoes are predicted there.
