A boy at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock offers his own rendition of Katy Perry's "Roar."

NEW HAMPSHIRE — A children’s hospital in New Hampshire found a way to make patients smile with a Katy Perry song.

According to WTVD, everyone from patients to staff at the Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) in Lebanon offered their rendition of Katy Perry’s hit, “Roar.”

In the video, the children lip sync to inspirational lyrics like, “I got the eye of the tiger, a fighter, dancing through the fire, cause I am a champion and you’re gonna hear me roar.”

Yahoo News reports that a child life specialist at CHaD was looking for fun and therapeutic activities to do with the patients when she said she heard Perry’s song and thought it would be fun to make a lip syncing video.
