Body found in Durham convenience store’s A/C system
DURHAM, N.C. — A man’s body was found stuck in a Durham convenience store’s air conditioning system Wednesday.
According to WTVD, emergency crews spent much of the day trying to remove the remains of a man from former Town ‘n Country convenience store.
The store, which was in the 3700 block of Fayetteville Street, across from Hillside High School, closed about a year ago.
It appeared that the man died after getting trapped inside the duct work while trying to break into the store.
