Here’s how to help tornado relief efforts in the Triad

The N.C. 2013 Walk4Hearing is being held at Tanglewood Park in Clemmons on Saturday, Oct. 12.

The walk will start at 9 a.m. at Tanglewood Park, shelter 4, 4201 Manor House Circle, Clemmons. Registration is at 8 a.m.

Hearing Loss Association of America’s (HLAA) Walk4Hearing is the largest walk of its kind across the country. Twice a year, thousands of walkers form teams and walk in their communities to increase public awareness about hearing loss and to help eradicate the stigma associated with it and raise funds for programs and services.
