GREENSBORO, N.C. — UNC-Greensboro Campus Police have banned a man from campus after they say he crawled under tables in the library computer lab and started feeling women’s feet.

UNCG Police arrested and charged Christopher Jermaine Deas Monday night and charged him with two counts of assault of a female.

Police say both incidents happened inside the Jackson Library Computer Lab. The most recent incident was Monday night, when a woman complained someone felt her feet and gave officers a description of Deas, who they were able to find a short time later.

Deas is not a UNCG student, but got into the library because it is a public building.

Chapel Hill Police arrested and charged Deas with similar crimes in May, but he did not qualify as a sex offender.

Deas remains in Guilford County Jail as of Tuesday night.

He is due in court in early October.
