Suspects in SUV rob man at gunpoint in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are searching for three suspects who robbed a man at gunpoint Friday morning in Greensboro.

Police say the victim, a 62-year-old man, was walking on Ashe Street around 6:30 a.m. when a black SUV pulled up alongside him. The driver, who was armed with a silver handgun, and two passengers got out of the SUV and confronted the victim.

The suspects went through the victim’s pockets and removed his belongings before driving away, police said. the SUV was last seen headed south on Ashe Street.

Ample suspect descriptions were not available.
