Phase one of Davie Medical Center opens

BERMUDA RUN, N.C. — Wake Forest Baptist Health officially opened phase one of its new Davie County Medical Center Monday.

Medical Plaza 1 is a new 60,000 square-foot medical office building designed to provide patients with access to key services including orthopaedics, podiatry, cardiology, neurology and ophthalmology.

Patients will also have access to an outpatient pharmacy, outpatient physical therapy, cardiac rehabilitation and lab collection located on-site.

The entire campus is meant to serve the people in Davie, western Forsyth and Yadkin Counties.

Phase 2 is scheduled to open in October.
