REIDSVILLE, N.C. — Two men robbed the Wells Fargo bank on Turner Drive in Reidsville on Thursday morning.

Police say they responded to the bank at 231 Turner Drive around 9:11 a.m.

Officers said one of the two suspects fired a gun into the ceiling inside the bank, but no one was injured.

After firing the gunshot, police say one of the suspects went behind the counter and removed an undisclosed amount of cash from the teller’s drawers.

The suspects then ran into a nearby wooded area. They were wearing hoodies and had the lower portion of their face covered during the incident.
