Police searching for man who robbed Thomasville insurance company

THOMASVILLE, N.C. — Police are searching for a man suspected of robbing a insurance company earlier this week.

According to police, officers responded to All Risk Insurance, 301 National Highway, Tuesday morning around 11 a.m. in reference to a robbery.

An employee told police a white male entered the business brandishing a knife and demanding money.

He was seen running near the 800 block of Culbreth Avenue.

The suspect is described as a white male, 6’0 to 6’3″ and was wearing black sunglasses, a black cap, a light grey shirt and shorts.

He was last seen getting in a 1998-2004 Nissan Maxima with a rear spoiler.
