New dog park to open Sunday in Forsyth County

CLEMMONS, N.C. — Tanglewood Park in Forsyth County will open its new dog park on Sunday, featuring a 2-acre fenced in area for canines to play.

The park will also feature benches, newly planted maple trees and water fountains for people and their pets.

The dog park officially opens Sunday afternoon with a dedication party planned from 1 to 5 p.m.

Officials said the dog park will be open seven days a week, year-round and will be free for people and their pets to enjoy.
