Tree falls on house in Seagrove

SEAGROVE, N.C. — Dispatchers say a tree fell onto a house Friday morning in Seagrove.

According to Randolph County EMS, the tree fell on top of a home at 361 Little River Road around 5:30 a.m.

Nobody was injured, but officials say the debris trapped one person inside the house.

Firefighters responded to the scene to get the person out safely.
