ASHEBORO, N.C. -- Randolph County commissioners plan to look over a proposed regional landfill project at their meeting on Monday.

The meeting is planned to start at 6 p.m. at the historic courthouse at 145 Worth St. in Asheboro. The county’s agenda does not say if the landfill discussion will be open to public comments.

The commissioners will reportedly allow time at the beginning of the meeting for people to voice concerns.
