WINSTON-SALEM, N.C.– Triad racing fans turned out in Winston-Salem on Friday to meet a few racing legends and contribute to a good cause.
Kyle and Richard Petty met with fans at Krispy Kreme to kick-off the donut chain’s fifth annual Drive for 45 Campaign.
Starting today through May 19, customers can donate money to the Petty’s Victory Junction Camp for chronically ill children at participating Krispy Kreme stores nationwide.
The camp was started by Kyle and Patty Petty after their son died in a racing accident in 2000.
