Silver Alert issued for man missing from Greensboro group home

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Authorities have issued a Silver Alert for a man who was reported missing from a group home in Greensboro.
Police say King David Burgess, 47, was last seen around 10:45 a.m. Tuesday at Guilford County Social Services. He was reported missing from the group home at 2315 Bonaire Lane shortly after 9:45 p.m. Wednesday, police said.
Burgess is described as light-complexioned black-male standing 5’8″ tall and weighing 165 pounds. He has brown eyes, short gray hair and is clean shaven. He
Burgess was last seen wearing wire rim prescription glasses, a green T-shirt and blue jeans. He walks with a cane and was wearing a medical boot on his right foot.
He is believed to be suffering from dementia or other cognitive impairments.
