Subway robbed in Greensboro

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are investigating the armed robbery of a Subway fast food restaurant in Greensboro.
According to police, officers responded shortly after 10 p.m. Tuesday to a report of a robbery at the Subway at 4632 Hicone Road.
Police say two suspects were armed when they entered the business and demanded money.
The suspects ran out through the backdoor after obtaining an undisclosed amount of money. Police say they “possibly got into a vehicle,” but no vehicle description or direction of travel were provided.
Officers searched the area but could not locate the suspects, police said.
No ample suspect descriptions were provided.
No injuries were reported.
