Greensboro high school receives grant to promote safe teen driving
GREENSBORO, N.C. — A Greensboro high school is among 25 nationwide awarded a grant to promote safe teen driving.
Students from the Middle College at Bennett received the $2,000 award from State Farm Insurance’s Project Ignition. It’s a pre-cursor to a $7,500 award competition, and the students will use it to launch a local campaign for safe driving in Guilford County high schools and Greensboro shopping centers.
In the video above, Nicole Ferguson speaks with students about the project.
