Raw Video: Dog rescued from icy pond in Denver

DENVER, Colo. (CNN) — Firefighters on Wednesday came to the rescue after a bulldog fell through the ice in a Denver pond.

In raw video of the rescue, you can see the dog furiously paddling in the water of the Green Valley Ranch Pond to stay afloat.

A firefighter, wearing a wet suit and tied to the shore with a rope, slowly inched his way out there and pulled the dog out.

The dog was wagging his tail and appeared to be fine.

After shaking to dry off, he played around a little with firefighters before he was reunited with his owner.
