Teens charged with spraying gang graffiti in Alamance County
ALAMANCE COUNTY, N.C. — Law enforcement officials say three teens and one juvenile have been arrested and another teen is sought after multiple instances of gang graffiti in Alamance County.
Officials with the Alamance County Gang Task Force say that several businesses and property owners reported the graffiti between Nov. 21 and Dec. 16. Exact locations were not released.
Leonel Sosa-Perez, 19; Bladimir Sosa-Perez, 16, and Victor Manuel Montes, 17, all of Burlington, were charges with placing an exhibit to intimidate, seven counts of injury to real property, injury to personal property and contributing to the delinquency of a minor.
Leonel Sosa-Perez, Bladimir Sosa-Perez and Montes were all placed in the Alamance County Jail in lieu of a $5,000 bond.
Officials say the juvenile will be petitioned to juvenile court on offenses of placing an exhibit to intimidate, seven counts of injury to real property and injury to personal property.
Authorities say Kevin Osberto Padilla, 18, of Burlington, is wanted for placing an exhibit with the intent to intimidate, four counts of injury to real property and injury to personal property.
The investigation is ongoing and no other details were released.
