Florence, Alabama has officially turned into “Winston-Salem South”.

The Winston-Salem State Rams will face Valdosta State in the NCAA Division II National Championship Game Saturday at 1 p.m. Eastern at Braly Municipal Stadium in Florence, Ala.

The game will air on ESPN2.

The meeting will be the first-ever meeting between the two teams.

Bus loads of Rams fans pulled into Alabama late Friday evening, packing their luggage and their pride.

They also packed plenty of energy to watch their team take on Valdosta State for a chance at the championship title.
