‘Christmas on Sunset’ coming to downtown Asheboro

ASHEBORO, N.C. — Officials say a Christmas event featuring live music and a nativity scene with animals takes place from 6-9 p.m. Friday, Dec. 14 in downtown Asheboro.

Organizers say “Christmas on Sunset” will include decorated shops, cider and Santa and his elves with gifts for the children.

The event is planned to take place at the Randolph Arts Guild at 123 Sunset Ave. It is free and open to the public.
