Randolph County couple honored with Congressional Angels in Adoption Award

ASHEBORO, N.C. -- A Randolph County couple were honored today by Congressman Howard Coble with the Congressional Angels in Adoption award.

One June 8, Brett and Jessica Crisp welcomed their son Isaac Taylor Crisp to the world with Isaac's birth mother.

The couple worked for more than a year to adopt Isaac.

The Angels in Adoption program gives member of Congress the opportunity to recognize individuals, couple or organizations from their districts who have made an exceptional contribution on behalf of the children in need of a home.
