Brawl between cop and clown caught on video

MILWAUKEE — A spectacle in Milwaukee was caught on video when a passerby noticed a tussle that pitted cop against clown.

WISN reported that police had received complaints that an activist dressed as a clown had been chasing cars with a squirt gun.

Police said the man resisted arrest, which led to the brawl.
