The income-based, clinic will be held at the Greensboro Coliseum Annex A Special Events Center, located at 1921 West Lee St.  Licensed dentists will perform examinations, cleanings, fillings and extractions from 7:30 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Friday and again from 7:30 a.m. to 3 p.m. Saturday.

Patients will be examined on a first-come, first-serve basis.  (For more information about the income-based eligibility, visit NCDental.org.)

As of 10:30 a.m. Thursday, Coliseum spokesperson Andrew Brown said some people had already began lining up in anticipation of large crowds.

Officials expect more than 900 patients to be treated during the clinic.  About 150 dental professionals will be on-site.
