NC mother accused of fracturing 8-month-old daughter’s skull
RALEIGH, N.C. — A Raleigh mother was arrested after being accused of severely beating her 8-month-old daughter, fracturing the child’s skull and causing serious injuries.
WTVD reported that Trista Denise Miles, 22, allegedly caused the young girl to suffer broken bones, a bruised liver, and a cut pancreas during an October incident.
Miles was placed in the Wake County Jail under a $200,000 bond and is expected in court Tuesday.
