Suspect sought in Greensboro convenience store robbery

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police said they are looking for a man who robbed a business by jumping over the counter and demanding money at gunpoint Sunday in Greensboro.

Authorities said the robbery occurred around 3:20 a.m. at the Kangaroo Mart at 3101 Yanceyville St. Police said the suspect ran off after receiving the cash.

The suspect is described as a black male in his 20s, 6’ with a stocky build. Police said he wore a silver coat with a hood and black jeans.
