Teen with cerebral palsy scores winning touchdown for team

CHICAGO — A 13-year-old with cerebral palsy scored a game-winning touchdown after being called to the field.

Jack McGraw has been on the sideline for years, but when he entered the end zone, fans on both sides cheered for him.
