Newsmaker: David Sparks

There’s only three days left for the 130th Dixie Classic Fair in Winston-Salem. It will also mark a milestone for David Sparks the fairs director.

For 25 year, Sparks has had his hands in everything, from marketing, to booking entertainment and deciding where each concession stand will go.
