Woman assaulted during home invasion in Graham

GRAHAM, N.C. — Police are searching for two unknown men after a home invasion on Tuesday night.

At about 10:40 p.m., police responded to 716 Slade St. after the victim reported that two unknown men entered her apartment.

According to police, once inside the apartment, one of the suspects struck the victim with a hand gun and forced her to the floor. The men searched the apartment but nothing was taken.

Police say the suspects may have mistaken the victim’s apartment for that of some other unknown person.

The victim was treated at the scene for a bruise on her head.

Police provided an incomplete of the suspects.
