Two charged in Alamance County drug investigation

ALAMANCE CO., N.C. — Officials said two people were arrested after the Alamance County Sheriff’s Office seized 17.7 grams of heroin during a drug investigation.

The Burlington Times News reported that Travis Lyon and Reginald Crudup Jr., both of Durham, received several drug charges after being arrested on Mebane Oaks Road.

The paper reported that both suspects were both placed in the Alamance County jail. Lyons received a $250,000 bond and Crudup a $12,000 bond.

Agents with the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives and officers from the Mebane Police Department reportedly assisted in the investigation.
