Fig Cobbler

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cups sugar (divided)
1 cup self-rising flour
3/4 cup milk
1 stick butter
about 3 cups figs (halved) toss with 1/2 cup sugar

Instructions:
1. melt butter in a pyrex.
2. Mix together sugar, flour and milk.
3. Pour mixture into buttered dish. Do not Mix.
4. Add fruit
5. Bake at 350 for about 40 minutes or until golden brown

Savory Tomato Cobbler

The Biscuit Topping

Ingredients:
2 cups all purpose flour
1 tablespoon baking powder
1 tablespoon fresh thyme
1/2 teaspoon salt
1/2 teaspoon pepper
1/2 cup butter
3/4 cup heavy cream or buttermilk
4 Mooncreek Farm Tomatoes
1Tub Goat Lady Dairy Soft Cheese
2 Tablespoons Olive Oil
salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup fresh parmesan

Directions:
1.Whisk together flour, baking powder, thyme and salt in a bowl. Cut
in butter with a pastry cutter or rub together with your fingers until
clumps form. Add Cream, stirring with a fork to combine until dough
forms. (sticky dough)

2. Spoon biscuits over tomatoes, brush with cream…bake on 375 for
about 45 minutes or until brown.

Prepare Tomatoes

1. Preheat oven to 375.
2. Slice the tomatoes, then cut in half. Mix tomatoes with olive oil,
salt and pepper.
3. In a seperate bowl mix the batter for the biscuits.
4. Drain the juice from the tomatoes. Layer the tomatoes in a baking
dish with the goat cheese. Sprinkle with fresh parmesan.
5. Spoon biscuit batter over the tomatoes.
6. Bake for about 45 minutes or until golden brown.

Easy Blueberry Cobbler

Ingredients:
2/3 stick butter
1 cup sugar
1/4 cup milk
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
4 cups blueberries
1 cup of self rising flour

Directions:
Melt butter in 8″ square baking pan. Mix sugar, flour and baking
powder. Add milk. Mix and pour into baking pan with butter. No need
to stir. Add fruit evenly over top and sprinkle with little sugar.
Bake at 375 degrees for 25 minutes.

Skillet Peach Cobbler

Ingredients:
1/2 cup butter
1 cup self-rising flour
2 cups sugar (divided)
1 cup milk
4 cups sliced peaches

Instructions:
1. Heat oven to 375.
2. Melt butter in skillet.
3. Mix flour, 1 cup sugar and milk together. Pour over butter. Do not stir.
4. Combine peaches and 1 cup sugar. Pour over butter and flour mixture. Do not stir.
5.Bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.

Blackberry Dumplings

Ingredients:
4 cups fresh blackberries
1 1/2 cups sugar
4 cups water
1/2 stick butter

Instructions:
1. Bring these ingredients to a boil. Turn the heat down to low and begin pulling off the dough into balls and dropping into the pot. Do not place them on top of each other. Do not Stir. Gently move dumplings around with a fork once or twice . They take about 10 to 12 minutes to cook.

Ingredients:
