High Point may get third Walmart

HIGH POINT, N.C. — High Point may be getting a third Walmart as the enterprise is looking at opening a location in the Wendover Crossing Business Center.

The High Point Enterprise reported that the store would be “neighborhood market,” meaning it would be about half the size of a regular Walmart.

The paper reported that plans are still in early stages.
