GREENSBORO, N.C. — Four High Point men have been charged in connection with separate robberies outside two Greensboro hotels.

Around 12:20 a.m. Monday, Greensboro police responded to the Motel 6 at 605 South Regional Road, where three victims told police they were approached in the parking lot by four men in a white pickup truck with an extended cab.

The men used the truck to “block the victims in” before robbing them at gunpoint, police said. The suspects then drove away with an undisclosed amount of cash and other personal property.

Shortly afterward, police said they received a call from the Holiday Inn Express at 645 South Regional Road, where reports indicated that the same suspects had just robbed another victim.

The truck was later stopped by police in High Point and the suspects were arrested.  They were identified as Jackie Dontrel Watson, 18, Christopher Neal Jarrett, 21, Jerrick M. Duncan, 22, and Demetrius Antwan Marshall, 23.

The suspects have each been charged with robbery with a dangerous weapon and possession of stolen property.
