Reidsville man charged with sexually exploiting child

REIDSVILLE, N.C. — A Reidsville man was arrested Wednesday under accusations that he sexually exploited a minor. 

Michael Bugher has been charged with two counts of third-degree sexual exploitation of a minor. 

He was jailed under a $20,000 secured bond and has a court date slated for July 11. 

The investigation is ongoing and additional charges are pending, Capt. Ken Hanks with the Reidsville Police Department said. 

Hanks said the SBI, N.C. Internet Crimes Against Children Task Force, and Eden Police Department are assisting in the investigation.
