Family restaurant in Forsyth Co. robbed at gunpoint

FORSYTH CO., N.C. — Police are looking for two men accused of robbing the Southern Family Restaurant in Pfafftown at gunpoint Friday night.

Police said the suspects entered the business’ back door at 4869 Yadkinville Road around 9:12 p.m. after closing and demanded money, both with semi-automatic handguns.

Officials said they fled with an undisclosed amount of cash in a gray or dark green Jeep Cherokee with temporary license plates.

The first suspect is described as a black male 6’1”-6’4” with a gray hoodie sweatshirt, black semi-automatic pistol, medium build, possibly gray sweatpants and black air force one shoes.

The second suspect is described as a black male, 6’4”-6’6” with a heavy build, pantyhose over face, gray/dark plaid jacket with a black shirt, black work boots, jeans and a black semi-automatic pistol.

No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing. Anyone with any information can call Crimestoppers at 727-2800.
