DANBURY, N.C. — The Stokes County Arts Council is hosting an outdoor fundraiser next month that will include live music, wine, and both live and silent original art auctions.

The Wine, Bid, and Boogie Party is slated for Saturday, June 9 at the Germanton Winery, located at 3530 Highway 8 in Historic Germanton.

Live music performed by Andrea Templon and Friends, wine tasting and hors’doeuvres will be included as part of a $20 entrance fee, though advance tickets can be purchased for $15 each.

The event will be held behind the Gallery and Winery in an outdoor setting on the banks of Town Fork Creek.

Those who plan to attend are encouraged to bring blankets and chairs.  Non-alcoholic beverages will also be permitted, though guests are not allowed to bring their own alcohol.

Many of the artists who donated work for the auction recently participated in the Painting North Carolina event.
