Pedestrian seriously injured after being struck by car in High Point
HIGH POINT, N.C. — A pedestrian was struck by a vehicle near South Main Street in High Point on Wednesday night.
According to High Point Police, the pedestrian was hit by a car near the 2600 block of South Main around 10 p.m.
Officials said the victim was taken to a local hospital with “several serious, life threatening injuries.”
Police have blocked off the area while officers investigate.
