HIGH POINT, N.C. — The High Point City Council has unanimously approved an incentives package for Ralph Lauren.

The council voted to approve a package worth $2 million.

The company is considering making upgrades to its two existing facilities in High Point or building a new facility. That move could bring 500 jobs to the area.

Guilford County approved an incentives package for the company last week.
