Suspects sought in Greensboro shooting

GREENSBORO, N.C. – Police are looking for two men they said shot and injured another man Saturday morning in Greensboro.

The victim told police he was leaving a home at 2011 Pepperstone Place around 2:40 a.m. to go to his car when two armed men got out of a burgundy minivan and approached him.

The victim said he tried to escape but was shot. Police said the suspects then drove off in the victim’s white Dodge Charge, which was later found abandoned nearby.

The victim was taken to Moses Cone Hospital in an ambulance for non-life-threatening injuries.

The suspects are described as two black males, both 25-35 years old. One had a skinny build with a moustache and the other was slightly taller.
