Recipe: Elvis on Fire
• 8 Slices Bread
• 12 Slices Bacon
• ½ Cup Creamy Peanut Butter
• 4 Bananas (ripe, but not soft)
• 2 Tbsp. Canola Oil
• 1 Tbsp. Brown Sugar
• ¼ Cup Butter, softened
• 1 Tbsp. Honey
• ¼ tsp. Cinnamon
• 2 Cups Chocolate Ice Cream
• ¼ Cup Dry Roasted Peanuts, chopped
Directions
Mix canola oil and brown sugar in small bowl. Peel bananas and halve lengthwise, brush with brown sugar mixture. Grill bananas on medium-heat grill, flat side down first. Grill bacon until crispy. Spread each slice of bread with 1 Tbsp. peanut butter. Make 4 sandwiches with banana and 3 slices of bacon. With a fork, mix butter, honey, and cinnamon together and spread the outside of each sandwich with the mixture. Grill each sandwich until bread is toasted. Cut in quarters, serve with ½ Cup ice cream, top with chopped peanuts.
