WINSTON-SALEM, N.C. — A registered sex offender wanted in Rowan County for failing to notify officials of an address change was arrested Tuesday in Winston-Salem.

Terry Wayne Miller Jr., 21, was found at a shelter in Forsyth County after moving from East Spencer to an unknown location, deputies said.

Officials said Miller was added to Rowan County Sheriff’s Most Wanted List in March for changing addresses without informing law enforcement.

He was originally convicted of indecent liberties with a minor in May 2008 in Davidson County. Deputies said he may face additional charges.
