Report: Mount Airy man broke into SUV

MOUNT AIRY, N.C. — A man accused of breaking into an SUV and stealing $200 worth of CDs was arrested Wednesday night in Mount Airy.

The Mount Airy News reported that Devin Ryan Moncus, 28, of Mount Airy, allegedly broke into an unsecured 2002 Ford Explorer at a home on Taylor Street.

Moncus has been charged with breaking into a motor vehicle and larceny from a motor vehicle.

He received a $2,000 secured bond and has court April 2.
