29 arrested in Lexington drug bust

LEXINGTON, N.C. — Twenty nine people were arrested for drug trafficking as part of an undercover police sting in Lexington, officials said.

Operation “Street Sweep” began in May 2011 and was completed Thursday, police said. Undercover officers bought marijuana, cocaine, ecstasy and various prescription pills during the sting, officials said.

Several agencies assisted police including the United States Marshall’s Service and the United States Drug Enforcement Administration.

The charges include possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine and felony conspiracy for the sale of a controlled substance.

A list of the suspects is provided below. Bond information was not released.

Crystal Nicole Brown, 30, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.

Gary Wayne Wunderlich, 43, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II Oxycodone, possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II Hydrocodone, possession with intent to sell and deliver a controlled substance with 1000 feet of a school, 6 counts of trafficking in opium/heroin by transport, sale and possession.

Carold Sebastian Wilson Jr., 48, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver crack cocaine, habitual felon indictment.

Rashad Smith, 19, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine with 1000 feet of a public park, possession with intent to sell and deliver marijuana.

Michelle Dawn Elwell, 37, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II Oxycodone.

Virgil Ikene Black, 27, of Lexington, was charged with three counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine.

Sharon Dorrine Leverette, 37, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver cocaine.

John Wesley Kiger Jr, 64, of Lexington, was charged with felony conspiracy for the sale of a controlled substance, maintain a dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance.

Beatrice Payne, 50, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver Oxycodone, 3 counts of trafficking in Opium/Heroin by transport, sale and possession, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Christopher Alexander Duncan, 40, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sale and deliver schedule IV Alprazolam, possession with intent to sale and deliver schedule II Meperidine, two counts maintain a vehicle for the sale of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Clyde Dillon Wilder, 69, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sale and deliver schedule II Oxymorphone, maintain a dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance.

Brandon Lemon Little, 22, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sale and deliver cocaine, possession of drug paraphernalia.

David Lewis Horton, 51, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sale and deliver cocaine.

Melissa Sue Allman, 39, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sale and deliver cocaine, maintain a dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Brad Deangelo Miller, 24, of Lexington, was charged with felony conspiracy to sale a controlled substance.

James Quincy Fuller, 34, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sale and deliver cocaine, maintain a vehicle for the sale of a controlled substance, felony conspiracy to sale a controlled substance.

Samuel Copeland Jr., 29, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sale and deliver cocaine.

Roger Lee Fields, 68, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sale and deliver schedule III Hydrocodone/Acet., possession with intent to sale and deliver schedule IV Alprazolam, maintain a dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance.

Irvin Vonceal Luther, 41, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sale and deliver marijuana, 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Laquentin Antonio Jones, 30, of Lexington, was charged with three counts of possession with intent to sale and deliver cocaine.

Kelly Ray Martin, 38, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sale and deliver schedule IV Clonazepam, maintain a dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance, possession of drug paraphernalia.

Anthony Torrez Henderson Jr., 29, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sale and deliver marijuana.

Darleen Bush, 21, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sale and deliver marijuana, maintain a dwelling for the sale of a controlled substance.

Eliza Starr Spaugh, 32, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II Oxymorphone.

Tiffany Leann Lapradd, 23, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II Morphine.

Candeda Rena Cline, 28, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession within intent to sell and deliver schedule II Oxycodone, 4 counts of trafficking in opium/heroin by transport, sale, delivery and possession, 2 counts of maintain a vehicle for the sale of a controlled substance, 2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.

Bryan Ray Jacobs, 31, of Lexington, was charged with possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II Oxymorphone, felony conspiracy to commit the sale of a controlled substance.

Linda Lorraine Losinger, 31, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of conspire to sell and deliver a controlled substance.

James Floyd Stanley Jr., 40, of Lexington, was charged with two counts of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule III Hydrocodone, 1 count of possession with intent to sell and deliver schedule II Oxycodone, 6 counts of trafficking in opium/heroin by possession, sale, and delivery,  2 counts of possession of drug paraphernalia.
