Seized dogs adopted from shelter

Twenty-one dogs rescued from a suspected puppy mill in Stokes County were adopted this weekend.

Shelter officials said dozens of people applied to adopt the English and French bulldogs.

The Guilford County Animal Shelter said the Yorkshire Terriers, Boston Terriers and Shih Tzus are with foster families and will be ready for adoption soon.
