Suspect sought after Greensboro pizza delivery worker robbed

GREENSBORO, N.C. — Police are looking for a suspect after a Papa John’s pizza delivery worker was robbed at gunpoint Tuesday night in Greensboro.

The victim told officers the crime happened around 10:36 p.m. as he had made a delivery to the Days Inn hotel at 3304 Isler St.

The victim said the armed man approached him demanding money and property before fleeing on foot.

The suspect is described as a slim black male, about 5’9”-5’11.” He reportedly wore a dark hooded sweatshirt and dark pants.

No injuries were reported. The investigation is ongoing,
