GREENSBORO, N.C. -- Throughout the month of February, you’ll see a lot of women’s basketball teams playing in pink uniforms under the ‘Play for Kay’ banner.

The banners are usually displayed in an effort to raise money and awareness in the fight against breast cancer while honoring the late Kay Yow, a long-time N.C. State University coach who died of breast cancer.

Greensboro College will host its Play for Kay game on Monday night, but the event has become personal for Coach Randy Tuggle and his wife Susan, who was just diagnosed with breast cancer.
