Area teenager loses battle to cancer

HIGH POINT, N.C. – An area teenager lost her battle with a rare form of cancer on Wednesday.

Haley Anne Parker, who was 16 years old, shared her story with us, after being diagnosed with Stage-4 Ewing Sarcoma.

Haley’s infectious smile and positive spirit was an inspiration for us all.

A viewing will be held at Davis at Floral Garden Funeral Home in High Point on Friday, from 6 p.m. until 8 p.m. The funeral will be held at the same location on Saturday at 2 p.m.
